Republic of Gamers (ROG) – a brand owned by ASUS has provided the world’s thinnest gaming laptop Zephyrus S (GX531). The thickness of the laptop is only 15.75 mm and it is made of all-metal case. The laptop is equipped with an Intel Core i7-8750H processor and NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1070 Max-Q. The keyboard is located in the front part of the case and is equipped with a separate 4-zone backlight system. The laptop is cooled by two 12 volt fans and five hot air tubes. The cooling system is designed in such a way that at maximum load the temperature of the batteries does not exceed 80 degrees. The matrix in the laptop has a resolution of 1920*1080, a high contrast, a response of 3 MS and 144 Hz refresh rate. It is worth noting that the laptop has a module Wi-Fi of the 2nd generation. This makes it possible to increase the speed of the wireless connection to more than 1 Gigabit.
Nowadays this model is the thinnest among all of the gaming laptops.
